Shipping

Current Handbag making Time: Ready-made handbags ship within 5-10 business days from Spain, where they pass US customs.  Typically it is on its way to the client within ten business days. Custom handbags usually ship within 10-15 business days.

USA CUSTOMERS: No customs or duties fees.

EU CUSTOMERS: Charge includes the necessary VAT for handbags as we will ship them directly from Spain.

Non-EU EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: We ship handbags from Spain, where exist customs or tariff fees. Each country sets and collects a tax payable directly to them for any imported goods. The shipping fee is non-refundable, but if the customer does not pay the necessary tariffs to the customs office, an additional $50 will be subtracted from the refund. ALL OTHER INTL CUSTOMERS: A pay to customs or a tariff fee may apply. The client’s home country sets and collects the tax payable directly to them for any imported goods. The shipping fee is non-refundable, but if the client does not pay the necessary customs and tariffs to the customs office, an additional $50 will be subtracted from the refund. Returns

Anibags accept return items sold by anibags.it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received, and must also be in the original packaging with the tags attached.

Anibags reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, the client needs to notify us as soon as possible. Damaged items as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired, or the same item is not available, a full refund will be provided, and we will arrange the return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s), e-mail us at info.anibags@gmail.com, including the order number and reference of the item(s) to return. Our team will be in touch to provide on the return method.

Once we receive a return, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the client’s original payment method within 7-10 working days; however, this is also subject to bank processing time.

If a client does not like the article received is responsible for shipping costs associated with the returning. The cost of the shipping return will be deducted from the client refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as the cost of the original shipment, will not be refunded.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale, or promotional items cannot be refunded.
