Current Shoemaking Time : 2-6 weeks, but more in the 2-3 week range for most shoe styles.

Current Bagmaking Time: Ready made bags ship within 5-10 business days from Spain, which will then clear US customs.  Typically it is on it’s way to you within 10 business days.  Custom bags typically ship within 10-15 business days.

USA CUSTOMERS: Never any customs or duties fees.

EU CUSTOMERS: Your charge includes the necessary VAT for your shoes as we will ship them directly from Spain.

Non-EU EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: We will ship your shoes from Spain but you may need to pay a customs or tariffs fee. Your home country sets and collects the fee and is payable directly to them for any imported goods. Your shipping fee is always non-refundable, but if you do not pay the necessary customs and tariffs to your customs office, an additional $50 will be subtracted from your refund. You may return items sold by anibags.it  within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at info.anibags@gmail.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide on the return method.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however, this is also subject to your banks processing time.

If the item you don’t like, your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning . The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
